This course different from the others being taught on Land Trusts in 4 ways:

I. Help forming your first Land Trust
Most instructors give you training, a notebook and a disk of forms, and that’s it.
Crown is committed to helping students implement what they have learned, in addition to the training, forms and notebook.

You will form your first Land Trust and have it reviewed by attorney’s at Dickenson Gilroy at no extra cost.

II. “Online –or- offline auto-fill, Land Trust system”
24 hours a day you can go online, complete a “formation worksheet” and the software will complete the forms for you. Imagine…. All the names in the right place, No duplicating the information form-after-form. Type in the information just one time, print them … and you’re done.

You can also download all the forms to your computer, to complete as you need them. As forms are revised and updated, you will be notified and be able to update the forms on your computer.

III. Dickenson Gilroy, LLC’s name will remain on the forms to add credibility
Land Trusts are new to a lot of attorneys. Having the law firms name on all of the recorded documents will strengthen them in the eyes of future observers.

IV. Booster Work-shops
Ongoing training will help students stay sharp on Land Trust issues. The boosters will be two-hour sessions, and will be both instructional and Q & A.

We have made it simple for you to implement Land Trusts. Ease of implementation means that you will use them.
