Employment Opportunities at Crown

Crown has been providing leasing, management, lease purchase and real estate sales services in Atlanta for 30 years. We currently lease 40 to 50 homes a month and manage over 700 rentals houses. We offer full & part time positions at competitive wages combined with great benefit packages.

Many staff have left and come back because of the great environment we provide.  Here are some of the positions we hire for:

Property Manager
Primary responsibility is providing customer service to residents and owners as well as showing leadership of management teams. Everyday management duties include negotiating lease applications, enforcing terms of the lease, preparing owner statements, overseeing maintenance managers, managing escrow accounts, processing lease renewals, re-rents & terminations.

Property Managers must have a Georgia real estate license.

Leasing Agent
Responsible for listing, showing, and procuring residents. This includes communicating with owner and prospects regarding the property for lease. Crown provides the entire inventory so you don’t have to ‘dig out your own’ Agent previews property, suggests to owners what is needed to lease including pricing and rent-ready issues, installs lockbox and signs, takes photos, and creates a detail features report. During marketing phase agents track the property condition, check utilities, lawn care and report to owners. Lastly, agents are responsible for conducting move-ins, including getting lease paperwork completed, performing move-in inspections and collecting security deposits. Leasing agents are selected by geographic areas based on where they live.

Assistant Property Manager
Primary responsibility is to process applications including, pulling credit, verifying employment and income, and confirming previous resident history.  This position also supports the property managers by performing administrative duties including, preparing lease documents, updating reports, monitoring renewals & terminations, and providing customer service to residents and owners. This position does not require a license but is often a stepping stone to the Manager position which does require a license.

Receptionist /Administrative
Primary responsibility is to monitor phone system including answering and forwarding incoming calls, taking messages, monitoring general voice mailbox, and putting phones on service during non-office hours. General office duties include helping walk-in clients, faxing, filing, computer work, mailing, & assisting staff.

Administrative Support
We constantly need good people to do computer work, bookkeeping, phone research, manage mailings, etc. These folks are often on track for other positions within Crown.

Call Center
Primary responsibility is to take calls from prospective residents live, matching clients with inventory available, provide support for leasing agents, and follow up to close deals by directing clients to Crown’s website application and procure the leasing. Other duties include administrative support to staff as needed. This is an ‘apartment locator’ type position and does not require a license.

Interns, Part Time and training to for Fulltime
Often we hire high school students, part time college students and temp-to-perm staff as a training ground for full time associates. Responsibilities include general office work and providing support for staff members.
