    “Crafting the deal” to meet the needs of the individual investor is what separates Crown from other real estate firms. We know how to structure a transaction half a dozen different ways depending on the specific needs of the investor. Every buyer is different, and how they structure the deal depends on available capital, tax bracket, cash flow needs, tolerance to risk, credit scores, and employment status. Customizing the deal to the individual investor is one of Crown’s greatest strengths.
