Crown has been acquiring houses in Atlanta for its clients for 25 years. Crown was established to help investors buy, lease, manage, exchange, sell and lease purchase houses. Our model has never been the quick-turn-profits of rehabbing properties, but rather the buying of good quality houses and holding them for awhile. We focus on buying in growing parts of the North Atlanta suburbs in good owner-occupied subdivisions where steady appreciation will double the house value in 8 to 10 years. We also buy and lease purchase properties for those investors that want to get-in and get-out within 3 to 5 years. We have drawers full of property files that testify to the fact that our model works and our long-term strategies have made many of our clients prosperous.
Since 1990 we have been teaching investors and real estate agents in the house buying business. We have many workshops for the investor and are now an accredited school with the Georgia Real Estate Commission, so real estate agents can attend and receive continuing education credits.
We have 15 full time professionals on staff and currently manage over 500 houses with average rents of $1,250 per month. Our staff has every academic credential offered by the property management trade associations and over a hundred years of property management experience. We are members of the credit bureau, the Better Business Bureau, the Chamber Of Commerce, Boards of Realtors, Georgia Real Estate Investors Association, both of Atlanta’s multiple listing systems and many industry trade organizations. In a joint venture with McCalla Raymer, LLC, the largest real estate law firm in the south, we teach real estate investment courses to the investor and realtor community. We also teach a series on title holding strategy and provide training and documents for their use.
