Our lease purchase money machine is low-risk, high-profits and a good, conservative, three to five year plan for the investor who is not ready to commit to a long-term hold strategy.

Whether you buy re-sales or new homes, there are plenty of lease purchase buyers with money and good jobs that love the idea of a “rent-to-own” plan. They will take good care of the property, handle all the maintenance, and close within two to three years, generating profits for the investor ranging from 40% to 70% or higher per year on invested capital.
