Every month you occupy a Crown property, $50.00 accrues towards the purchase of a home. This amount increases to $100 a month if you purchase the house you are renting.

The Rules

1. You must buy your home through a Crown agent. They will represent you with new homes and re-sales. They will help you establish yourself with a lender and help you pre-qualify for the loan. They will walk you through the process step by step. We have lenders that specialize in “Renter / Purchasers” and have special “No Down Payment” mortgages available for Crown residents.
2. We must do this without violating your current lease with Crown. Note your expiration date and meet with us three to four months prior to your expiration date so there is no undue pressure in the buying or lease terminating process.
3. Fifty dollars a month, every month you occupy a Crown property, accrues to you to spend as you wish after closing. There are limits and rules to follow so contact us for details.
4. Rollover Provision…. This rebate is good up to four (4) years after you terminate your rental with Crown so keep it in a safe place for future use
5. Transferability…If you do not need this money for yourself… gift it to a friend or relative. Crown will honor it for up to four (4) years after your move-out.
6. We are also helping you buy a home by building your credit “monthly” with the credit bureau. Every month Crown reports to the credit bureau your faithful payment record.
7. This program may be terminated at any time without notice.
