   Important

I/We declare that foregoing information is true and correct and I/We hereby authorize Crown, to conduct an employment, residency, credit and background check and verify any and all information herein. It is understood that all information will be seen by selected Crown staff, and may be released to the owner of said property for which you are making application, and the Home Owner's Association if required by the convenants, bylaws, or rules of the the association. (We are sensitive to privacy issues and will follow all the laws that govern the privacy of credit and personal information.) Applicants also understand that Crown will be receiving and reporting credit information to said credit bureaus.

All security deposits will be refunded after move-out, subject to the condition of the property and monies owed by resident as outlined in the rental agreement, related documents, resident handbook, and company policies. See Qualification Guidelines

Agency Disclosure: Broker’s office brokerage relationship policy is to represent Owners as Sellers and/or Landlords (Seller Agency and Owner Agency), Buyer (Buyer and Tenant Agency), and Sellers and Buyers in the same transaction with Designated Agency. Crown is acting as agent for Owner and has not acted as agent for Resident.

Crown is a licensed real estate broker and leases and manages most of the properties we advertise. In that relationship we represent the owner. Occasionally Crown leases and the owner manages. Sometimes we just connect renters and owners to make their owner arrangements. We may not be managing the property you finally settle on and are not responsible to either party for action, inaction, or behavior of party's) outside of our control.


   Reservation Agreement

If you want a specific property "taken off the market and reserved for you" (once your application has been approved) you must include the 1st months rent with this application. This payment will be refunded in full if your application is denied for any reason. If you are approved (and you do not take possession of the property) this rental payment is forfeited as full liquidated damages.

THIS IS NOT A SECURITY DEPOSIT. The security deposit will be collected at the time of the "move-in inspection".
