Resident Services: Rent Payment Options
Crown works hard to assist its customers in paying rent easily and on time so you can avoid late fees and other penalties.
Here are your options:
- Direct Payment Plan
Each month you can have your payment transferred from your checking or savings account directly to Crown. You won’t have to change your present banking relationship to take advantage of this service. With this option you will never pay a late fee and will receive a perfect credit rating from Crown.

 Secure Credit Card Authorization for Residents & Applicants
 Pay Online by eCheck
You can submit payment by an electronic version of a paper check, called eCheck, using the PayClix service. It's easy, secure, and the cost is minimal ($2.49) - much less expensive than a traditional credit card payment.

- Pay by check
Checks are acceptable at any time before the 5th of the month. After the 5th, certified funds are required. Certified funds are also required if checks begin bouncing. Crown will notify you in writing if certified funds are required.
- Cash
We do not want cash around the office, therefore we have a “NO CASH” policy for everyone. Please use direct deposit, checks, money orders, cashier’s check, etc.
