- Credit Card Authorization

- Early Termination Procedures

- Move-Out Procedures
You may terminate the Lease without penalty, on an Anniversary Date, with written notice given at least sixty (60) days prior to the Anniversary Date. Verbal notice is insufficient under any circumstances. Written notice must be made by certified or registered mail, return receipt requested, or in person at the office and at least sixty (60) days prior to an Anniversary Date.
