Emergency Maintenance Procedures
Crown monitors a 24 hour hotline for maintenance emergencies. You will be charged a fine if you leave a message on the hotline that is not considered an emergency. We define an emergency as anything that threatens the health of the occupants or destruction of the property like flood, fire, burst water pipes, burst water heater, etc. See our Emergency Maintenance Procedures.
