Annie joins Crown’s newly formed Resource Center with focus on Tenant Representation! Annie has been licensed in Georgia since 1978, and is an Associate Broker.
Annie’s father was a real estate broker, investor and licensed appraiser, and her mother was a licensed salesperson. Having been raised in an innovative real estate family, Annie has a superior knowledge of rentals in the metro Atlanta market.
Annie’s father owned and managed rentals, and she was involved in reviewing leases and placing renters in rental homes as far back as the early 1980’s!
Prior to joining Crown, her real estate background included forming a Property Management Division for Prudential Georgia Realty, and she was instrumental to a merger of privately owned brokerages into Prudential’s Rental Property Management system. Further, Annie worked on a national level with Prudential Relocation’s Rental Division to manage rental homes and help renters lease homes for internationally transferred employees of The Coca-Cola Company right here in metro Atlanta!
- Born in Little Rock, Arkansas into a relocating family, Annie’s family moved to Alpharetta, Georgia in 1967.
- Annie has three children who all reside in the metro Atlanta area, and three grandchildren.
- Annie is an advocate and volunteer for the Georgia Chapter of "Rainbows for God’s Children," a support group designed for children who have experienced a family loss due to death or divorce, and is dedicated to helping parents who have turned to rental property as a means for a quietly transitioned lifestyle for their families.
